Fully Booked Author is a series of educational courses on a variety of writing- and publishing-related topics. It is up to you to work through the courses and apply the learning to your own situation. If you are merely looking for a quick and easy way to make money, you should not enroll in these courses.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Courses

3.1.1 We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a minimum of fourteen (14) days for you to determine whether a solo course is as expected. We will process any refund requests promptly and courteously.

3.1.2 You agree to delete all course materials from all your devices, destroy any physically printed copies, and not to use any content or component of the course to create a competing course or product.

3.2 Coaching

3.2.1 Due to the nature of 1:1 and 1:group coaching, only unused sessions can be refunded. You may also be entitled to a refund of the course component of the coaching package as outlined above.

3.3 Books and Products

3.3.1 We do not process refunds on electronic books, audiobook files, or any other electronic product.

3.3.2 Physical print books will only be replaced or refunded if there is a significant manufacturing flaw in the product.
